Middle managers like to micro manage to the point of asking you when you use the bathroom. Senior managers "drank the kool-aid" and continuously tout KP as a leader in health care and insurance. This happened about 10 years ago and then KP has been playing catch up ever since. Now it looks like the vicious cycle will begin again after senior managers become content with the status quo. Very poor company culture. People don't like to get things done but instead like to talk about getting things done (multiple times, usually).
