Don't speak up

Pros

Great pay and benefits. Paid for time off for jury duty. Off most major holidays. Best paying. Unionized.

Cons

Management can make your life a living hell if you speak up too much. It's all about the numbers. Doesn't matter that you're overloaded and have to constantly work overtime, money is the bottom line. They don't care about you. I prefer less pay for a better work-life balance. Bye!

Pros

Not laid off yet so far

Cons

Management is top down. They are not interested in telling the truth nor in employee well-being nor suggestions. Incompetent managers who just want to climb the ladder work here. Management plays favorites and only cares about themselves.

Pros

It’s a paycheck, that is it.

Cons

I was in shock when I started here. There are so many good reviews that make the company sound appealing. Let me tell you that the call center environment is nothing short of aweful. You will get written up if you are over three minutes past logging in, get emails if you are off a call to get back on the phone (nevermind working on after call work or computer issues), you are only appreciated if you are a robot. You have twenty minutes in the day to not be taking a call, and time is counted against you if a call goes over your break. You get an email everyday if you are a minute off of compliance, have to submit excuses and explain every minute of your day if you are not on the phone (you will also get in trouble for responding to this email because you are not on the phone). You cannot win. Unfortunately, this position is a dead end for workers that do not have respect for themselves and get a slap on the wrist for sneezing, or doing something “unproductive.” Please do not live and learn, it doesn’t get much worse than this. This was the Renton appointing center.
