Cons

Leadership is very abusive and toxic. Promotion is not through merit but rather through "family connection". Owner CEO is abusive and personally seen him use racial slurs. I would suggest looking for a job elsewhere

Friendly people most of the time to work with, fairly fun to work at.

Cons

Poor pay, poor communication, poor management, no real understanding of what they want out of a person until something happens then they'll change very suddenly, absolutely 0 foresight. There's lots of talk of moving up from within, but nobody above you actually wants to see you succeed. You're a number in a revolving door for them. They won't solve problems until someone above everyone else is actually told of a problem. Most of the time you can't even talk to someone higher up though because they're all in a little clique that will just keep you from moving up regardless. There's so much room for improvement it is actually insane the place even runs at all.
