      Pros

      Positive work environment on the production floor. Processes are clearly defined and training program is beneficial for new production employees.

      Cons

      Poor decisions have been made at the management level in terms of sales and customers relationships causing the company to be on thin ice with main customers

      Pros

      Some people have been there a very long time and they are great to work with. Everyone works together to get things accomplished. The values that were first established need to have better follow through by Executives.

      Cons

      Executive team is disjointed, doesn't have a clue what most associates do and is putting too much work on them when what they really need is support.

      Great co workers make for a fun work environment

      Cons

      Bonuses,company outings,outside of work activities all taken away to save the company money but management still expects employees to take pride in there work...Management is so out of touch with the employees it's sickning
