Pros

Many Great people who care a lot about the company. Benefits are good and pay is fair. A few really good managers.

Cons

It begins with the CEO- he is impersonal and clueless and makes no effort to genuinely connect with the employees. Ecpd plants have poor Safety records - lots of people get hurt. Very sad to see the company erode - use to be a great company.

Pros

Great co workers make for a fun work environment

Cons

Bonuses,company outings,outside of work activities all taken away to save the company money but management still expects employees to take pride in there work...Management is so out of touch with the employees it's sickning
