Worklife balance. Build technical experience. Pay is competitive. Mid-lvl mgmt is knowledgeable and hands on.

Cons

Executive leadership. Non-experienced executives are leading and making decisions for departments that they know nothing about. Zero advancement opportunities. Very little to Zero work accomplishment acknowledgement.
