      Nothing is good about this place but some of the workers.

      Everything from work flow to hr is horrible here. I worked there for 5 years not once was I treated like a real person!

      Pros

      Easy to get hired and good location for Lancaster residents.

      Cons

      Employees are not treated fairly by management, lots of favoritism! Not paid enough for some of the work they ask you to preform, especially when it comes to the dangers of some of the operations.
