Poor management. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. No career progression for employees. Reactionary with clients and employees. Fair to below average pay. Poor organization and use of skill-sets. No regression testing and poor development. Small company but no voices heard.

So many pros of working this company, like empire building of team leaders, discouraging environment, blame culture. incompetent people are doing jobs with old school of thought. Very very disappointed.
