Flexibility and overall friendly culture. Useful and smart products. Good benefits package.

Cons

Poor management. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. No career progression for employees. Reactionary with clients and employees. Fair to below average pay. Poor organization and use of skill-sets. No regression testing and poor development. Small company but no voices heard.
