Pros

To be fair, they are making an effort to reward people including providing some benefits, like healthcare and pension. Not common for a company that size. Travel! Boy are there many gold and platinum travel card holders. As a matter of fact if you don't travel, you are in trouble. Its also a customer oriented company (hence the importance of travel and trouble if you dont). But that is not saying much. The biggest reason they have to be tight with their customers is the market growth limitation and disastrous product that requires so much hand holding to get it to work and to keep it working. Every other year there is a 5% Bonus or so. Annual holiday party in Manchester is legendary!

Cons

Two words. Bob Stein. His achilles heel: Loyalty! Basically, he surrounds himself by an inexperienced management team. Look up their names, read their bios. They have never worked in the software business, nor for a recognized company and have all been stuck at KSSF (or MPSI) for 10+ years. Same thing further down the ranks. The tenure is like 15+ yrs. OK, recently a few old timers have been let go, so maybe the tenure now is 12 yrs. The result is a complete lack of ideas and innovation. It is so bad, that when a new IT manager came on board, they had to hire a trainer to get the dev groups' .Net skills to the 21st century. this is for a MSFT partner. Sales, another disaster zone. They have been stuck at the same revenue level for years. Why? Market relevance! They kind of missed the boat on going from a niche application to capture a wider share of the value-chain. here is another example of the lack of experience that is allowed to fester. The day of Superstorm Sandy (oct 29), they send out a tweet saying "223 of the c-stores in long island don't sell gas. what would sales be if they did?". Wow! Did someone in England not follow the news? With the advancement of mobile technology and what Google etc. are doing, their location business will die in Europe and the US. that leaves emerging markets. The pricing business is really one that will be owned by the giants in the game, globally. They acknowledged that when they put a non-scientist in charge of the pricing science. Avoid working in the Jersey office. nobody is there. Manchester, England is the HQ of the company. Tulsa office is just considered as cheap labor
