Horrible work culture after change in leadership

Got good exposure to new technologies.

Cons

1. Following the change in IT department leadership, non-technical staff began acting like they were in charge, treating employees as though they were worthless. 2. The new IT leader has also led to increased lobbying and favoritism, with most of the team now being managed by retainers. 3.Additionally, the HR Partner is now under the control of the IT head, leaving employees without a safe avenue to report unethical harassment. 4.No exit interviews were conducted when employees left, likely because the company was aware of the unethical treatment they had endured.

Well renowned company in steel market due to quality. You don't need to advertise about the company. It is one of the steel plant which is situated in middle of city plus point

Cons

No holiday at all. You have to work and work only. HR policies are not good. Hope they will review and take some action.

Relaxed environment for IITs/NITs recruits. Located in the city.

Cons

No work for trainees. Salary below par No Bonus after 1 year Recruits too many people No job security, can fire after 1 year even if you work hard Manager wants you to stay late even there is no work. Mobile use is prohibited. Every circular is in Marathi, difficult for other language people to get the message. Gives you projects at the start which never starts. Doesn't give accommodation in the beginning days to settle, and we don't know which location will be given -pune or other outside location. Close to zero salary hike
