A good place for beginers to learn (mech, met disciplines).

Cons

Poor HR and working environment. Talented persons will not stay in this organization as they are supressed by old good for nothing ppl. No clear vision of the management. Poor increments.

Core metallurgy with advanced steel processing equipment. Good Location. Pune also has good Good weather. Rapid promotions compared to public sector companies. Sr manager level, earning up to 40 lac per annum.

Cons

Private sector company, which will not give you Job security, particularly at the time of Melt down. The work condition in the plant for diploma engineers will not be quite pleasing.
