The cafeteria and ticket opportunities.

Cons

Management does nothing but bully and harass you non stop. They terminate you for reasons that are wrong. If you aren't a man you cannot advance at this place. Transferring departments is a nightmare. Favoritism is disgustingly popular and executed. Probably the worse place for a woman to work.

Not an equal opportunity environment. Management should learn the concept of managing and not bossing.

big building, made you feel comfortable, professional, training is hands on rather than being on a cpu for 2 weeks and still not knowing what you're doing at the end.
