Pros

Decent Benefits, Good People, Some perks. Location isn't great, but it could be worse. The building is somewhat secure. The atmosphere is friendly and cordial. The is very little time pressure as long as the job is done right.

Cons

Older technology, Older building, Older thinking. They are on outdated and antiquated technology for the major systems, which they've built a giant set of workarounds and kluge apps to help limp along.

Cons

Management top heavy. I felt like I was working at an adult daycare. Absolutely no autonomy because you are micro managed to death.
