Pros

Cafeteria in the building with pretty reasonable prices

Cons

Big ideas but no ability to institute Benefits are rough Need to drive by signs all around the company protesting it to come to work Very obvious old design based on celebration of the owners. Be in the office because they own it, Ostentatious office space for top execs but old and claustrophobic working space for everyone else. Good Ol' Boys Management that protects itself rather than enabling work. Things are broken enough that company is afraid of its systems and will not allow fixing the underlying problems

Good place to get started, PTO needs work

Pros

Good Cafeteria, Hybrid Work Policy, Friendly people depending on department. And a good place to start career and learn. They’re looking to get out of the stone ages in technology. Hours are good 8 to 4:15.

Cons

The PTO is in the Stone ages. 6 months to officially get any PTO, No Days off for MLK Day or Juneteenth. Although they’ll celebrate in their company website. Day after Christmas isn’t a holiday. They need an update to their PTO policy ASAP.
