There is no job security at all
Manager laid off me for fresher role just by informing in evening 7:30 and within next day 9 am laptop and everything should be submitted there wasn't wrong from my side and no issue, before joining this company i had other offer of better pay, hr of this company informed me about job security but were unethical, they didn't even given good pay and fresher were hired better pay than us.
Highly unethical company ever come across

worst job security ever i had been removed in just 3 month also i had just 1 year of experience it was a fresher role still laid off, after my lay off hired many fresher in next 1-3 month about more than 20 fresher for same position also my position was filled by senior guy with 5 year plus experience.
