Kaplan Lead Software Developer reviews

Recently, I attended an interview at Kaplan, which lasted for 1 hour and 30 minutes and involved coding questions as well as technical discussions. The interview was conducted by Suraj Jadav. Despite answering most of the questions, I was unfortunately rejected. This experience has led me to wonder if internal biases may play a role in candidate selection. I believe that such practices, if they occur, can hinder an organization's growth, as rejecting capable candidates in an unfair manner might not align with fostering a healthy and inclusive hiring process
