      The future of the company has been in transformation for some time; as such, mid-level management roles are often in flux.

      Pros

      There are some nice people in your immediate team. Leaving the company is the main pro of my experience.

      Cons

      99% of the role is a con. The Senior Leadership Team treat their staff awfully, view everyone as replaceable and are not interested in staff development. Pay is low and some members of the team are paid much less than others even though they have the same title. People in leadership positions largely have no emotional intelligence and lead staff to feel down, unappreciated and demotivated. A role at Kaplan Open Learning will break you.
