Pros
Kaplan is a great place to work and it is very much visible as hundreds of employees globally spent more than 2 decades with the company. In terms of India office, it is relatively new but there has been tremendous progress over last few years. In terms of Tech-stack, teams are working on the latest cloud technologies along with current languages like React, Angular, Node, Java etc. People are really nice here. Lastly, after working in the industry for 20+ years, I can certainly say that Kaplan has a great work-life balance compared to other US-based companies operating in India. A hybrid office policy allows employees to come to the office only on specific days and it helps to manage work-life balance as well.
Cons
It is relatively slow compared to other startup kind of companies in Bangalore. This is due to the fact that customers (students, universities, professors etc.) don't like changes very often.
