      - Enjoyable atmosphere, co-workers are amazing. - Flexible scheduling - Not micromanaged - Relaxed Dress code. (jeans) - Work from home options in many departments - Vacation and time off is good.

      Cons

      - Pay varies a lot in the same department - Not a lot of career development - Lack of Trust within organization - Under staffed in MANY departments making the work load almost unbearable - not valued

      Because this is a remote position there is great flexibility and sense of accomplishment. Training is ongoing and you always feel engaged.

      Cons

      There is no room for financial growth. Some measurements have nothing to do with the job itself and take away from the tasks that can bring business in.
