A culture of dishonesty and office politics at it's worst.
Pros
Good people. Some managers are trying to change the culture but it seems to be a losing battle. If your good at office politics you wouldn't have to work hard.
Cons
The working environment consistently declined in my tenure. There is extremely limited opportunity for growth and they offer no training. Regardless of how hard you work your compensation is stagnant (minimal annual cost of living adjustments at best). Senior leadership does not value their employees and the employees don't trust them (most likely because they've heard so many lies). The technology and legal team is in need of a complete overhaul. The majority of the workforce is disengaged and jokes about how poor the company is run. Even managers often joke about how "it's just how we do things at Kaplan" .
