There are simply too many positions and teams to keep track of. You have a manager, and then a supervisor, and then a coordinator, and then you have intertwining teams with the same position chain and you just cannot keep track of everybody. Most people I spoke with would say they are this position, but also still doing 1 or 2 other positions too which is just so bizarre looking back. So many people mentioned feelings of being burnt out and stretched very thin. Also, the management style was not for me, a "baptism by fire" and just "figure it out" approach... yet it seemed when I would try a technique or reasoning behind something my supervisor would question it. So many times it was "just get it done and you can't mess it up", and then next day it would be "well I don't know why you did it this way, this is how I would have done it to make more sense"... Also the work life balance is difficult - you see so many people bend the rules but you are expected to follow them? Also I had many late nights because my workload simply did not allow me to get my job done in 8 hours. Deadlines were confusing too, get this done ASAP but no hard deadline, and then when you check in it is well why isn't this already done or you are doing it too slow/wrong. Preaches culture, doesn't live up to it in my opinion and it was an easy position to walk away from.

1. Lack of Leadership 2. If you know the right people you are safe even if your not the right person for the job. 3. Those that should be held accountable for poor decisions or initiatives seem to get by while those that put in the work can be thrown under the bus.
