Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible work schedule, good people. Most try to do the right thing. Good vacation and benefits. Nice facility and work environment. The good news it appears the company wants to change and is trying.
Cons
Very poor communication and the culture is negative. The high level leadership roles are very disconnected from the everyday realities. Some behaviors are extremely negative which impacts everyone below. There is a definite lack of self awareness. While there are change initiatives in the works, the leadership team appears to be delegating this out rather than leading the change.
