Pros
If you want to try to make a difference in the lives of those who basically have no other chances, who are immensely under prepared for school, and highly unlikely to become employed, this is a good place to offer your talents, patience, and skills (if you can handle the administrative bs)
Cons
Kaplan pays lip service to student-centric ideas, but they are ALL about profits even at the expense of the students. A majority of students are saddled with a great amount of debt but are unable to make a living in their studied field because they were too unprepared to begin with initially. The Kaplan admissions reps know this but they are only interested in meeting a numbers goal.
