The culture used to be fantastic, until the company laid off over half the Orlando office, including people on the front line, managers, and the one over the entire office who created the culture. Now it's run by ex-military folk and is more focused on profit than people. If you like sales-focused customer service and military leadership, it'd be a good fit for you.

Though already in the works, there needs to be a continued push to hire diverse candidates, particularly into senior positions and particularly women and people of color. Thwy are aware of this gap and are always looking for ways to improve including getting feedback from employees on how to be better.
