Pros

Great place to learn a lot about how to build a business. Kapost has gone through and is going through all the challenges and struggles of a young company that is trying to break into a market that's competitive. Having this experience and seeing it up close is amazing. Everyone is on the same team trying to make it happen. Real sense of family. Everyone shares in the struggle and the success. Very transparent company. No question is taboo and you'll always get a real answer from the CEO who is amazingly passionate about the company.

Cons

Tons of changes to leadership and company direction. If you can handle them it won't be a con. Management can be overly aggressive in certain situations.

Pros

The people (non-management) are hands-down the best reason to work at Kapost - they are passionate, smart, and capable. The office space is nice and conveniently located on Pearl street in Boulder.

Cons

The market for something like Kapost is emerging .... or is it? While there are some great logos from both the midmarket and enterprise space, the demand is still nascent.
