Pros

Amazing culture. I had an experience of a lifetime. HIghly recommend this company to anyone who is lucky enough to be hired by them. They help move you through your career if you know what you want.

Pros

Decent benefits. Bring your own computer policy and reimbursement is good. Team lunches are a nice touch.

Cons

Rule by fear. Management can't find a business model that works and employees take the blame. CEO says culture is important and no jerks are allowed but yells and swears all the time. Only path up is out at Kapost.

Pros

The culture at Kapost is unparalleled. The People Ops team has fostered a highly productive workplace built on trust, communication and compassion. Employees are encouraged to ask hard questions and there's a highly supportive environment to provide (and receive!) constructive feedback. Successes are shared and highlighted within the entire company and employees are encouraged to highlight the great work of our peers. I have never felt as supported, encouraged or respected in a job as I have at Kapost.
