Pros
The culture is unmatched, as a 'grown-up startup', we know how to have fun AND work hard. Vacation and personal time is encouraged, right along side of hitting goals and closing deals. The people are friendly and there's a large emphasis on teamwork and doing whatever necessary to make things happen and be successful. Every Friday we have a free company lunch and every month enjoy a company happy hour at a local brewery.
Cons
Things can at times be somewhat disorganized and information/follow through difficult to come by, but we've recently hired a few people focused on this to improve communication, consistency and brand awareness. As the company is growing, more career opportunities will abound but right now it's a little difficult to see what those could be.
