Cons

Shady company with shady business practices. Leadership will paint a promising picture, when in reality, business is not doing well. High-turnover (with employees and account partners), lack of trust, highly questionable business practices. Would stay far away, no matter what is promised to you. Epitome of what is wrong with startups.

Strong team of people who genuinely care both about their company and team members. The bar for performance is very high, and management lives by the "hire slow, fire fast" mentality to keep the best people on the team. Things move fast. Responsibility is up for grabs to those who show initiative and demonstrate company values.

Cons

Standard early-stage company growth opportunities: becoming more proactive instead of reactive, establishing rigor with repetition, continuing to develop existing talent
