Pros

Excellent work environment and very flexible. Extremely friendly and helpful and very welcoming to new hires. Management always looking for feedback and willing to take on-board any suggestions.

Cons

At times there can be an attitude of "that's how we've always done it" with a few, however after discussion that can be overcome.

Pros

First, I like the owner and his hard work made this company great. Really kudos to him. He is such a nice person.

Cons

But some managers are there are very bad. They just stayed too long and don't know out side of the world. No proper leadership qualities. Too much micro-management. Late delivery to the customer even though it takes 5 minutes to fix. I have to feel sorry for the customers just because of this micro-managers. I recognize the Owner's saying. First, you need to make customer feel happy then everyone will happy by default. I don't think that is happening near future.

Changes way too often, constant restructuring and redirection. Employees and customers stay confused.
