Pros

Customer service for businesses means more often than not you're dealing with one or two people specifically for a company, so you get to know the customers pretty well.

Cons

Small company, so cliques within teams and/or departments form quickly. Make promises they cannot or will not keep. Makes it seem like you're "part of the family" until you have a family of your own.
