Pros

Good company and very well organized, huge potential to grow and mostly long term government contracts with huge funding.

Cons

Very very very less bonus... not even 1% 😂 of your total compensation and no pay rises it will impact very much in employees and may loose a lot of employees... It would be nice to have some sick leaves and 1 more additional PTO.

Salary is competitive to market; Benefits are good; Good life and work balance; HR is very responsive and supportive;Company cares about employees and welcomes the feedback and suggestions from employees; Could advance up to 40 hours PTO for the first year and 80 hours PTO since the second year, it is a very good policy to facilitate the planning of long vacation. Company offers free vouchers for different certificates, such as AWS.
