Pros

Karsun Solutions' is not like any regular small business we normally encounter. It is razor focused on delighting the customers, taking care of employees, and achieving operational excellence. The flat organizational structure facilitates collaboration, and the employees are empowered and encouraged to innovate and deliver value to customers. With that kind of innovative culture, it is no wonder that it is growing fast and that growth in turn provides career opportunities to its employees.

You will be treated with respect and learn alot

Cons

In my experiences most IT companies should treat you with respect and ensure you learn otherwise don't bother. This is an average company, much better than others but definitely not top dog. Maybe a good thing actually, room to grow within or transfer to another company after a few years of growth.
