Just like with any small company with rapid growth - current systems need to be upgraded and streamlined.

Pros

Solid Company doing some exciting things with technology and software development. Good Clientele, opportunities for advancement and lateral work on different projects. Actually invests in people and innovation rather than talk about it. Great benefits package, particularly for a small business, especially like the commuting expense allowance.

Cons

None yet, good experience, no issues on the horizon.

Pros

Employer paid premiums at 100% for all employee only medical coverage. WOW! With family coverage, the employer will pay 50% of the medical premium. No vesting schedule for 401k plan AND employer match paid quarterly from Day 1.

Cons

Would love an additional week of Paid Time Off (PTO) with more than five years of employment with the company. Our international staff often travel overseas for longer than three weeks; although we can use advanced unearned PTO.
