Pros

Employer paid premiums at 100% for all employee only medical coverage. WOW! With family coverage, the employer will pay 50% of the medical premium. No vesting schedule for 401k plan AND employer match paid quarterly from Day 1.

Cons

Would love an additional week of Paid Time Off (PTO) with more than five years of employment with the company. Our international staff often travel overseas for longer than three weeks; although we can use advanced unearned PTO.

Growing Company with Huge Potential

Pros

This company is growing at a rapid pace and has attracted some of the best talent in the industry. It is one of the most innovative companies working in the U.S. government space. I do not know of any other companies this size with such a robust innovation center.

Cons

The company is not yet well known in the industry.

Thank you for your review. As we grow, we are planning on rolling out employee training and professional development programs. We plan to provide plenty of opportunities to engage our employees as we move through the creation process for those programs.
