Thank you for taking the time to leave a response. We do not currently employ Commercial Loan Consultants, so we assume you are a former employee responding under your current position at a different organization. If you are a former team member you likely know employee growth is important to us. In our first ten years we grew 2400%! We knew we would feel some growing pains. Based on feedback from Glassdoor, in Coffee with Leadership, and employee surveys we addressed these issues over the past year. We now host monthly Innovation Town Halls to communicate more clearly monthly training workshops and sign-up processes. We now also host monthly Work from KIC days where team members learn about projects across the organization. We grew our leadership infrastructure, adding dedicated VP roles, and we grew certain corporate teams to allow team members to take advantage of the opportunities available to them. Finally, in addition to research and development, the KIC added a second set of leadership dedicated to employee growth through targeted practice areas. Among these is the new Lean Practice group. This team is dedicated to organizational process improvement and while building non-technical skills. All of these changes were implemented in response to employee feedback so once again we thank you for engaging us here. We wish you the best of luck in your current endeavors!
