      Going in the right direction.

      Pros

      Moving strategically in the right direction by offering a growing range of software solutions. Enhancing customer convenience with a single vendor and seamlessly integrated products. Strong international presence, providing resilience against local financial fluctuations. Collaboration with excellent regional colleges. Working alongside a talented and dedicated team. Guided by an exceptional manager. Basic medial insurance. When my time at Kaseya eventually comes to an end, I’ll genuinely feel sad.

      Cons

      The cons aren't major.. Being provided with hardware that isn't upto the task and having to pay for it you're self. Office basics not provided, Milk, Tea, Paper Towels...

Please know that in 2023 the majority of employees working at Kaseya received equity options as a reward for their achievements on top of their annual bonusses. In addition, over 50 awards were presented to Account Managers, Support Engineers, and many others during Sales Kickoff at the beginning of 2024 & 25. Kaseya aggressively promotes from within creating upward mobility for our team members with significant opportunities to diversify your experience and build your career.
