Kaseya stands out as the top large-format company to work for in the Miami area, and no one even comes close in terms of scale to being mentioned alongside them. For Miami locals, whether you're looking to start a career in software or have an established one and want to join a rapidly growing global organization that's been building itself for over 20 years, Kaseya is an excellent place to land. The offices are modern and open, fostering a collaborative environment. I've been in leadership for three years and have never worked in a traditional closed door office setup I sit on the floor with my team every day. One of the best aspects of Kaseya is the people. Everyone you interact with shares a similar mindset, they're here for the right reasons. If you need support, the team is always willing to go the extra mile to help you get up to speed.
Cons
Work from home options would be nice a couple times a month. I'm reaching with that as a 'con' though, the people at this company and the environment in the office really makes coming to work daily a positive experience.
