Never a Dull Moment at Kaseya

Kaseya is an incredible place to work if you're passionate about what you do because there’s always plenty of work to be done. Having been with the company for over seven years, I can hardly believe how fast the time has flown. Kaseya is always looking ahead, focused on the future, which means things move quickly and there’s never a dull moment. I’m grateful to be part of a team that not only makes work enjoyable but also challenges me to grow every day. It's tough, but very rewarding in my opinion.

Cons

A fast-paced environment and evolving strategy can sometimes be frustrating. There are times when we invest resources into projects that ultimately get scrapped or require major revisions, so adaptability is key—you have to learn to roll with the punches. That said, I believe the company has made great strides in aligning its direction and working toward a common goal. Each year, the vision feels more focused and cohesive, but there's always challenges along the way.

As an IT company, it’s surprising that there is no option for remote work.
