      depends on the BOB that you have, luck is an important role in the accounts that might be given to you but they can be a hit or miss. many clients sent to collections

      - Lack of efficient project managers. - Highly understaffed post-sales engineers that help with customer retention. - Understaffed support team. - Unorganized billing team and collections team
