      None, I would recommend avoiding

      Working there since 2024, performed great and won many different awards, and have to commute 2+ hours from Wicklow every day due to strict in office rules. They do not care, culture is bad

      Could be a better place to work if Senior Leadership listened to their employees

      Worked with a great team that worked very hard at what they do.

      Cons

      Senior leadership always talking about how great things are within the org but always cutting heads, sending very mixed messages and very toxic. Long work day, very little to no schedule flexibility for personal appointments, high expectations for employees with little incentive. Pay does not match the amount of work that you are expected to perform.
