Pros

There are no pros to provide

Cons

Management has continued to fail employees and fall short on promises made during/after hiring. Leadership is a JOKE. The lack of transparency is apalling. Communication is lacking and pay - standard and bonus - has continued to be an issue. Differentials and dates regarding bonus pay are essentially at the whim of the company. Hard Pass!

Thank you for sharing your experience. The Kaseya CEO prioritizes execution and accountability above all else. As a result, people who demonstrate the ability to get things done are offered the most opportunities for advancement, even over those with a fancier resume. Kaseya is a meritocracy. If you value a workplace where performance is the only limiting factor to what you can achieve, Kaseya is the right choice for you. Further, most employees are eligible for equity option grants effectively making employees part owners of the company, which is something not many other private organizations offer. We’re a unique company with a tremendous growth trajectory and we love to reward our employees who contribute to our success!

We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes a PPO health plan, life insurance, and disability insurance without any recurring costs for employee only coverage. Our PTO starts at 20 days for new hires and national holidays are in line with our industry and company size. Further, most employees are eligible for equity option grants effectively making employees part owners of the company, which is something not many other private organizations offer.

Pros

Emphasis on sales, although recent quarter was weak

Cons

Toxic culture where no one trusts each other. Lots of junior talent creating a blind leading the blind culture. Promotions are done by trust/silence but not value to the organization or skills. Day to day can be soul-crushing.
