      Pros

      It’s a good school to go learn IT.

      Cons

      Books are weird. Some people get better books while yours can be decent to bad. So maybe one sucks at sales and has 0 experience but was just lucky to get a good book. They also do a lot of mass layoffs “performance based” which is bs. They hire managers with no experience to manage teams. Base pay is 50k but with experience you can ask for more.

      They teach you everything from top to bottom Great resources for learning the job and technology Lots of opportunities to make money at a young age / entry level

      Cons

      micro management company organization and internal processes need serious WORK Lots of time spent on non-sales related tasks
