• You can succeed if you’re lucky enough to get a strong book of business. • A few supportive coworkers who genuinely want to help. • Potential for growth if you’re constantly closing and hitting numbers.

Cons

• Incredibly toxic work culture full of favoritism and frat-bro energy. • Your book of business is fixed, and your success depends heavily on luck and timing—not effort or skill. • No performance improvement plans. Miss quota once and you’re gone—no second chances, even if you’ve been working hard and problem-solving for your clients. • Hard work gets passed on to the next rep without acknowledgment when you’re let go. • Leadership is more focused on optics than fixing internal problems. • Promotions seem to be more about who you know than what you do.

Metrics are unattainable You must make 50 calls a day and only have 30 accounts to call. Your clients will hate you if you calm them everyday trying to sell them for as long as their you’re partner Out of the 30 accounts 10 will be a duplicate where another account manager has been reaching out to them and once you let your manager know they will not get you a replacement account so you still have to meet metrics with your 20 accounts, meaning you have to call you’re accounts multiple times a day even if all of them answer All your accounts will hate you because of the reputation Kasey has and the reason the had Datto prior was to stay away from Kaseya
