12 billion dollar company run like a start up. Transparently terrible leadership that is commoditizing the industry while lowering margins for all other vendors and MSPs alike. After 3 years of 3 year contracts, sales campaigns and internal trainings to teach their reps how to “sell 3 year contracts” they have folded and are offering yearly and M2M contracts. However, sellers at Kaseya are BARELY paid on those deals at all.
