      Pros

      1. Extremely fast paced work environment. A lot of early career go-getters with awesome energy levels, competitiveness and discipline to win. 2. Plenty of opportunity for individuals to master their profession and explore others. 3. A culture I've not seen before. The overall GTM team is a pretty tight bunch. Even more so the units within GTM. Haven't seen this much camaraderie 4. Extreme levels of passion for the customer. The events are like nothing I've attended in 20 years of tech.

      Cons

      1. Company is going through a major transformation. An entirely new C-Level team is taking things in what feels to be the right direction but there is commotion that comes with that change. If you're not adaptable this isn't the place for you. 2. HQ is split between 3 buildings in the Brickell area of Miami. Would be better if we consolidated spaces. 3. Company went through a very rough period acquiring Datto. The bulk of those issues have been addressed but the fatigue (internally and externally) is real.

      Business model was riddled with flaws. If you couldnt sell someone, theyd move the account to someone else and have you call every c lient every day
