      Pros

      Great manager and team members, they are very easy to work with and understanding. The environment is collaborative. I feel comfortable sharing ideas and making suggestions. Salary & benefits are competitive. You will definitely work hard, but you will grow and have a good time while doing so.

      Pros

      Great market, fun people to work with. A great run for many years.

      Cons

      Ignored the market, the founders, the analysts, and pretty much everyone to take a perfectly good company and reduce it to a shadow of it's former self. Management team that came in with Insight has been replaced now. Which is a good thing. We'll see if there's enough life left in the carcass to bring it back to life.

      Pros

      There were some great people there in the trenches. But management and the direction of the company was horrible. Going to work was not fun, you couldn't make a difference.

      Cons

      Poor management. Poor communication. Poor explanation on our stock and it's value. Lots of employee churn. There was a watch your back mentality. Not honest. The previous CEO seemed like he was only looking out for himself.
