      Sinking ship

      Lots of people willing to work.

      Cons

      Lack of basic social packages. Micromanagement at every stage. Closing the mouths of employees with stock options that are 200% more expensive than market value. Completely incompetent product management. Ignoring technology debt. Backward technology in virtually every aspect of the product. Tragic approach to safety. There is also an elderly man who yells at engineers, and he himself can't put together a logical sentence without GPT chat support. Generating profits only by reducing costs, not increasing revenue. Infrastructure from the 1990s Server security is a ticking bomb.
