      Pros

      decent salary, free insurance, some overtime available during holiday or when available. Work life balance is there.

      Cons

      Inbound calls mainly lots Outbounds (part of kpi) Insurance does not cover much even premium gap when starting as there was an issue as was getting paid as the same as L2 which caused issues. Folks are now earning approx 45k or less. Only two areas to move into l2 or management. Do not go into bcdr as this is a meat grinder and churn rate for employees goes as follows. 10 go in as a group. 4 drop on the first day per average. 2 leave within 1 month. 1 gets fired per usual, 3 stay and get drained from being over worked as there are times you will never talk to anyone next to you unless it is work related. Warned, bcdr will mentally drain you.

      It is not a great workplace, with low pay and high turnover.
