It's been 3 years at Kaseya. Following are a few pointers - * Organized way of selling * How to get the sales process right * Why traditional sales guys are called sales people * How leadership plays an important role in inspiring the bottom cadre sales guys * We can sell anything, if we learn to sell well * Money matters when it's a big part of the game * How to make the big bucks by selling well

Cons

* if you don't accept that you're in sales and there's going to be pressure, you're not in it to win it * Tough processes to endure for long periods. But the money keeps us going

Pros

Kaseya offers great career opportunities in most departments, helps you achieve your professional goals and rewards you if you do an outstanding job. Colleagues are always willing to help and guide you in the right direction - everyone is friendly and easy to talk to, even on executive level. You are always treated with respect in my opinion. The salary packages are competitive, good office culture and focus on work-life balance. Kaseya promotes a lot of people internally which is great to see. Overall I feel very lucky to be part of Kaseya.

Cons

Whilst salary packages are competitive in general, it could be more transparent on yearly pay review and pay rises that are being offered.

Great Company, Great Culture

Pros

During my time in Kaseya, I have seen rapid growth professionally. I have had the opportunity to travel across multiple continents, meet partners at local conferences, and present at industry events all while being rewarded for this including multiple promotions. The culture in the office is great, whether you need someone to cheer you up after a bad call, or you need support on an issue, someone is always there to help. When I look at my next 5 years, I don't see a scenario that I am not with Kaseya.

Cons

Sometimes the stress of the job can be somewhat overwhelming, but no sales based role is supposed to be easy, that's why the rewarding feeling feels so much better when you win.
